Amazon shows six devices: The new Kindle Garden – STAR

A mazon gearing up for the holiday season: On Wednesday the shopping giant has six new devices, the Kindle family presented, including two e-book readers (Kindle and Kindle Voyage) for reading digital books and four tablets (Kindle Fire) for games, videos and movies. We set it forth.

Kindle Voyage

The new e-book flagship replaces the Kindle Paperwhite. The reader has as its predecessor a six-inch screen, so the screen is slightly smaller than the the recently introduced waterproof Kobo Aura H2O. For the Voyage of the Kindle screen is sharper: With 300 pixels per inch (PPI), it is currently the highest resolution e-book reader on the market. By comparison, the White Paper comes to 212 PPI. The Fire HD 7 replaces the seven incher yet available. The seven-inch display also has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the quad-core processor consists of two 1.5-gigahertz and two 1.2-gigahertz cores. Fire HDX 8.9

With the HDX 8.9 Fire is Amazon is preparing for the holiday season. The 8.9-inch tablet is designed to provide the expected iPad 2 and Nexus Air 9 of Google Paroli. Amazon brings a specially adapted for children version of its tablet on the market, the Fire HD Kids Edition. It involves customized versions of Fire HD 6 and HD 7, which are provided with a protective cover. In addition, Amazon will replace the unit two years without hesitation if damaged. The Fire HD Kids cost $ 149 (6 inch) and $ 189 (7 inches).
