The U.S. technology company Amazon has released a new version of its successful reader for electronic books, Kindle presented. The next generation of Kindle Paperwhite is equipped with a stronger contrast screen and a faster processor, Amazon said. Book pages are hardly “to distinguish them from those of a printed book” in the future on the new devices.
Electronic books could open faster, pages are turned rapidly, it said. The touch screen reacts with new technology precisely than hitherto, a new display backlight makes reading relaxed.
The devices may be pre-ordered now at a price of 129 euros and would be from 9 Delivered in October, Amazon said. A variant with mobile internet access is to be had for 189 euros and will from 6 November sent.
