Almost two years after the launch of the first Amazon tablet the “Kindle Fire” is now also coming to Austria. As of now, the latest tablets and Kindle Fire Kindle Fire HD HD 8.9 can be ordered from Amazon to Austria – the devices are supplied from 13 June. In the U.S., Amazon has last year thanks to the cheap Fire tablet managed to place three of the biggest tablet vendor.
The tablets are recorded with a heavily modified version of Google’s Android operating system. With the market launch and the opening of its own Android app stores Amazon is in Austria. The AppStore is available not only on the Kindle tablet, but can be loaded via the “Play Store” of Android to other devices. The slightly smaller tablet with 7 inch Fire HD is available from 199 euros , the larger 8.9-inch device from 269 euros. The already somewhat older 7-inch Kindle Fire tablet will cost 159 euros.All 10 pictures in the gallery »
